Getting started
- Navigate to Dashboard > Bulk Generation 
- Click the Photo Conversion tab 
- Upload your photos using drag and drop or the file selector 
- Choose your conversion settings 
- Submit your batch for processing 
Step-by-step instructions
1. Upload photos
- Drag and drop: Drag up to 50 photos directly onto the upload area 
- File selector: Click "Choose Files" to browse and select photos from your device 
- Multiple uploads: You can add photos in multiple batches until you reach the 50-photo limit 
Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP
2. Review uploaded photos
- View thumbnails of all uploaded photos 
- Remove individual photos by clicking the X button 
- Check the total photo count and credit usage 
3. Select conversion settings
Style: Choose from available coloring styles:
- Default 
- Anime/Manga 
- Realistic 
- Cartoon 
- Minimal 
Quality:
- Standard: 7 credits per photo - good for most use cases 
- High: 30 credits per photo - enhanced detail and precision 
4. Submit for processing
- Review your credit usage before submitting 
- Click "Start Conversion" to begin batch processing 
- Photos process in the background - you can close the tab and return later 
File requirements
- File formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP 
- File size: Maximum 1MB per photo 
- Batch size: Up to 50 photos per upload 
Automatic compression
Photos larger than 1MB are automatically compressed to meet size requirements while maintaining visual quality. The compression process:
- Reduces file size to under 1MB 
- Maintains aspect ratio 
- Preserves image clarity 
- Converts to PNG format for processing 
Credit usage
Photo conversion uses credits based on quality setting:
- Standard: 7 credits per photo - good for most use cases 
- High: 30 credits per photo - enhanced detail and precision 
Credit calculation: The bulk converter displays total credit usage before you submit. This includes credits for all photos in your current batch.
Insufficient credits: If you don't have enough credits, you'll see an error message with options to:
- Remove some photos to reduce credit usage 
- Upgrade your plan for more credits 
- Wait for your next billing cycle (if credits roll over) 
Processing and results
Background processing
- All photos in your batch process simultaneously 
- Processing continues even if you close your browser 
- You'll receive an email notification when processing completes 
Viewing results
1. Return to Dashboard > Bulk Generation
2. Find your batch in the generations list
3. Click to view individual results
4. Download completed coloring pages
Download options
- Individual downloads: Download each converted image separately 
- Batch download: Download all completed images as a ZIP file (coming soon) 
- Failed conversions: Review any photos that failed to convert and retry if needed

Note: Users on Starter and Hobby plans can still convert photos one at a time using the regular photo converter.
Troubleshooting
Upload issues
"File too large" error
- Check that each photo is under 1MB 
- Use the automatic compression feature 
- Manually resize images before uploading 
"Invalid file format" error
- Only JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats are supported 
- Convert other formats (GIF, BMP, TIFF) before uploading 
- Check that files aren't corrupted 
"Too many files" error
- Maximum 50 photos per batch 
- Remove some photos or split into multiple batches 
- Process photos in smaller groups 
Processing issues
Conversion failed
- Photo may be corrupted or unusable 
- Try re-uploading the original photo 
- Contact support if the issue persists 
Taking too long to process
- Large batches can take 10-30 minutes depending on queue 
- Check back later or refresh the page 
Missing results
- Check that processing has completed (status shows "Completed") 
- Clear your browser cache and refresh 
- Contact support if results are still missing 
Credit issues
Insufficient credits
- Check your current credit balance in the dashboard 
- Consider upgrading your plan for more credits 
- Remove some photos to reduce credit usage 
Credits deducted but no results
- Processing may still be in progress 
- Check your generations list for the batch status 
- Contact support if credits were charged but no batch was created

Photo preparation
- Use high-quality source photos for better results
- Ensure photos have good contrast and clear subjects
- Avoid heavily filtered or low-resolution images

- Group similar photos together for consistent styling
- Use descriptive names for your batches
- Process related photos in the same batch for cohesive results
Credit management
- Check credit usage before submitting large batches
- Consider using standard quality for test conversions
- Monitor your monthly credit usage in the dashboard
## Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel a batch that's already processing?
Currently, batches cannot be canceled once submitted.
What happens if some photos fail to convert?
Failed photos don't consume credits. You can retry failed conversions or contact support for assistance.
Can I use the same photos in multiple batches?
Yes, you can convert the same photos multiple times with different settings if needed.
Is there a limit to how many batches I can submit?
No daily limit, but you're limited by your available credits and plan restrictions. You can only create one batch at a time.
