Here are a few tips that can help you get better coloring pages!
A coloring page with no background
A simple {your subject here} on a plain background
If you want to get a simple coloring page with no background, I've found the prompt: "a simple {your subject here} on a plain background" gets good results.

Coloring pages with Words / Letters / Numbers
The words {your words} written in bubble letters.
For getting coloring pages that feature words, numbers and/or letters, I've had fun with prompts like "the words {your word} written in bubble letters".
Accents in words
If you are having trouble getting accents to be included in your word prompts, you can try the following:
The word {your word}, written in bubbles, with an accent.
Coloring pages that have too much black
Someone was having difficulty with too much black in their prompts about space and Darth Vader. I found adding "The sky is white. Darth Vader is white" at the end of the prompt to make a much better coloring page:
