How to delete your ColorBliss account

You can permanently delete your ColorBliss account at any time. When you request deletion, you get a 30-day grace period to change your mind before everything is permanently removed.

What happens when you delete your account

Account deletion removes all your data from ColorBliss permanently. This includes:

  • All coloring pages you've created

  • Your drawings and uploaded images

  • Saved favorites

  • Folders and organization

  • Coloring books

  • Generation history and credits

  • Custom trained styles

  • Your profile and settings

After the 30-day grace period, this data cannot be recovered.

How to request account deletion

  1. Go to your account settings at colorbliss.com/dashboard/settings

  2. Scroll to the danger zone at the bottom of the page

  3. Click "Delete my account"

  4. Type DELETE in the confirmation field (this prevents accidental deletion)

  5. Optionally share why you're leaving so we can improve

  6. Click "Delete account" to confirm

You'll be signed out immediately and receive a confirmation email.

The 30-day grace period

After requesting deletion, your account enters a 30-day waiting period. During this time:

  • Your data is preserved but your account is marked for deletion

  • You can still log in to cancel the deletion

  • A banner appears on your dashboard showing days remaining

  • You'll receive a reminder email 7 days before permanent deletion

If you don't cancel within 30 days, your account and all data are permanently deleted.

How to cancel a deletion request

Changed your mind? Cancel anytime during the grace period:

  1. Log in to ColorBliss with your existing credentials

  2. Look for the yellow banner at the top of your dashboard

  3. Click "Cancel deletion"

Your account returns to normal immediately and you can continue using ColorBliss as before.

Before you can delete

If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it before requesting account deletion. ColorBliss won't let you delete while you're actively paying to prevent billing issues.

To cancel your subscription first:

  1. Go to Settings > Plan

  2. Click Manage subscription

  3. Cancel your plan

  4. Return to Settings to delete your account

Emails you'll receive

Immediately after requesting deletion:

  • Confirmation that your deletion request was received

  • The date your account will be permanently deleted

  • Instructions for canceling if you change your mind

7 days before deletion:

  • Final reminder that deletion is approaching

  • Last chance to log in and cancel

What it doesn't do

Deletion doesn't refund purchases. Unused credits or subscription time aren't refunded when you delete your account.

Deletion doesn't happen instantly. The 30-day grace period always applies to protect you from accidental deletion.

Tips

  • Download anything you want to keep before requesting deletion. Once the grace period ends, there's no way to recover your coloring pages.

  • Check your email for the confirmation message. If you don't see it, check spam or contact support.

  • Bookmark the login page if you think you might want to cancel. You'll need to log in to stop the deletion.

If you've already requested deletion and need to recover your account after the 30-day window, unfortunately we cannot help. All data is permanently erased and cannot be restored.
