Buy credit packs
Buy credit packs
Need more credits without upgrading your subscription? Credit packs let you buy a one-time bundle of credits and add them to your account immediately. You keep your current plan and pay only when you need a top-up.
What credit packs do
When you buy a credit pack, ColorBliss adds the credits to your account as soon as checkout completes. You can use those credits the same way you use plan credits: text prompts, photo conversions, edits, and other paid features all draw from your balance.
Credit packs do not change your subscription tier, billing date, or monthly credit allocation.
Available packs
| Pack | Credits | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Starter pack | 500 | $25 |
| Creator pack | 1,000 | $45 |
| Pro pack | 2,000 | $80 |
The Pro pack has the lowest cost per credit if you need a large top-up. The Creator pack is the most popular choice for regular use between billing cycles.
How to buy a credit pack
- Open the add credits page at app.colorbliss.com/dashboard/add-credits
- Review your current balance at the top of the page
- Choose a pack (Starter, Creator, or Pro)
- Click to purchase and complete checkout in Stripe
- Return to ColorBliss after payment. Your new credits appear in your balance right away
You can also reach add credits from your dashboard when you run low on credits. Look for Buy credits, View credit packs, or Add credits in the credit section or usage popover.
Where credit packs work
Any signed-in ColorBliss account can buy a credit pack. You do not need a paid subscription to purchase one.
You can purchase from:
- Add credits page in your dashboard
- Credit section on the main dashboard (opens the pack selector)
- Usage popover when you are running low on credits
Pack purchases use the same Stripe checkout flow as other ColorBliss billing.
Subscriptions vs credit packs
Choose a subscription when you create coloring pages regularly and want the best value per credit over time.
Choose a credit pack when you need a one-time boost: a big project, a busy week, or a month where plan credits are not quite enough.
For a full comparison of how both credit types behave, see Understanding ColorBliss credits.
What happens after you buy
- Credits appear immediately in your dashboard balance after successful checkout
- Receipts go to the email on your Stripe account (same as subscription receipts)
- Usage order: ColorBliss spends plan credits first, then purchased credits
- Expiration: Purchased credits expire 6 months after purchase. You'll get a reminder before they expire
- Pause: If you pause your subscription, purchased credits stay usable. See Take a break without losing your credits
- Cancel: If you cancel your subscription, active purchased credits remain until they expire. Plan and rollover credits follow normal cancellation rules
Common patterns
Mid-project top-up: You started a bulk job or book project and realized you need more credits before your next billing date. A Creator or Pro pack covers the gap without changing your plan.
Seasonal burst: You need extra pages for a holiday, classroom set, or event. Buy a pack for that window and use your normal plan the rest of the year.
Try before upgrading: You are not sure a higher plan is worth it yet. A pack gives you room to finish current work while you decide.
What credit packs don't do
Credit packs don't replace a subscription for ongoing use. They are one-time purchases, not recurring billing.
Credit packs don't roll over the way plan credits do on Hobby and higher plans. Purchased credits follow their own 6 month expiration from the purchase date.
Credit packs don't unlock plan-only features by themselves. Features tied to Artist, Business, or Ultra still require the matching subscription tier.
Credit packs don't stack expiration indefinitely. Each purchase has its own expiration timeline.
Tips
Check your balance before a big batch. The bulk photo converter and other tools show total credit cost before you submit. Buy a pack first if you are short.
Plan credits spend first. If you still have monthly or rollover credits left, ColorBliss uses those before touching purchased credits.
Save pack purchases for when you need them. If you create every month, compare a plan upgrade vs repeated packs. Subscriptions usually win on cost per credit over time.
