Leave it as "no folder" to save to your main dashboard, or choose a folder so the new or edited page is saved straight into that folder. This moves pages back to your main dashboard without deleting them. You can type a specific number or use the arrows to increase or decrease. **Rotation** tilts your text from -180° to 180°. Use the slider to angle text, or click Reset to return to horizontal. ## Deleting text Select a text element and click the red X button in its corner. You can also press the Delete or Backspace key while text is selected. The Delete button in the sidebar also removes the selected text element. ## Working with multiple text elements Add as many text elements as you need. Each one can have its own font, size, and rotation. The sidebar shows a count of how many text elements you've added. Click any text on the image to select and edit it. ## How the text looks Text renders as outlined letters with a white fill and black stroke. This creates the perfect coloring page style where each letter can be colored in. The stroke thickness adjusts automatically based on font size. The change takes effect on your next invoice. ## What this guide covers This guide shows you how to update the billing details that appear on your ColorBliss receipts and invoices: * Company or business name * Billing address * VAT number or other tax ID (GST, ABN, HST, etc.) * The email that receives receipts If you only need to update the card on file, use the **Update Payment Method** button on the same page instead. ## Where to update your billing info 1. **Open your dashboard** at [app.colorbliss.com/dashboard/manage-plan](https://app.colorbliss.com/dashboard/manage-plan) 2. **Find the Billing Info section** on that page 3. **Click "Update Information"** underneath Billing Info 4. **Edit the fields** you want to change (name, address, tax ID, email) 5. **Click Save** to apply the changes That link takes you to our secure billing portal. Your changes are saved against your account and reused on every future invoice and receipt. ## Adding a company name to your invoices A lot of teams need the invoice to be in the company's name rather than a personal name, especially for reimbursement or accounting. 1. Go to [app.colorbliss.com/dashboard/manage-plan](https://app.colorbliss.com/dashboard/manage-plan) 2. Click **Update Information** under Billing Info 3. Set the **Name** field to your company's legal name 4. Fill in the **Billing Address** with the company's registered address 5. Save Your next invoice will show the company name and address. Past invoices keep the details that were on file when they were issued, so update your billing info before your next renewal date if it matters for your records. ## Adding a VAT number or tax ID If your business needs a VAT number, GST number, or other tax ID on the invoice, add it in the same place: 1. Go to [app.colorbliss.com/dashboard/manage-plan](https://app.colorbliss.com/dashboard/manage-plan) 2. Click **Update Information** under Billing Info 3. Find the **Tax ID** section 4. Choose your country or region from the list 5. Enter your VAT number or tax ID in the format your country uses 6. Save The tax ID will appear on your next invoice alongside your company name and billing address. ### Common tax ID formats Use the format your country or region expects: * **EU VAT:** country code plus digits, like `FR12345678901` or `DE123456789` * **UK VAT:** `GB` plus 9 digits * **Australia ABN:** 11 digits * **Canada GST / HST:** 9 digits plus `RT0001` * **US EIN:** 9 digits If the portal rejects your number, double check the format for your country and try again without spaces or dashes. ## Changing the email that gets receipts If receipts are going to the wrong inbox, you can change the billing email without changing the email you log in with. 1. Go to [app.colorbliss.com/dashboard/manage-plan](https://app.colorbliss.com/dashboard/manage-plan) 2. Click **Update Information** under Billing Info 3. Update the **Email** field to the inbox you want receipts sent to 4. Save Future receipts will be sent from `receipts@colorbliss.com` to the new email. ## When changes take effect Updates to your billing info apply **going forward only** : * **Next invoice:** shows the new company name, address, and tax ID * **Future receipts:** sent to the updated billing email * **Past invoices:** stay the same Past invoices are a permanent snapshot of the details that were on file the day they were issued. Re-downloading a past invoice from the billing portal gives you the original PDF, not an updated one. This is how the underlying billing system works and it's the same for every service built on Stripe. To make sure the new details appear on your next invoice, update your billing info before your next renewal date. You can see your renewal date on the manage-plan page. ## Fixing a mistake on a past invoice If you mistyped a tax ID or address and the invoice has already been issued, first save the correct details using the steps above so future invoices are right. For an invoice that was already issued, email [help@colorbliss.com](mailto:help@colorbliss.com) with: * The invoice number, or the date and amount of the charge * What needs to change (company name, address, or tax ID) We'll do our best to help. In most cases we can provide a supplemental document (such as a credit note or a manually prepared invoice) with the updated details that you can use alongside the original for your accounting. We can't overwrite the original invoice itself. ## What we can and can't change **We can't edit your billing info for you** without a request from the account owner. Or a line that stops half an inch short. Touch up is the brush tool for those fixes. Draw in black, erase in white, save. No AI, no credits, no queue. ## What it does Touch up lives in the edit panel under **Cleanup**. **Draw** adds black strokes on top of your page. **Erase** paints white over marks you want gone. When you click **Save (free)** , ColorBliss composites your strokes onto the original image at full print resolution and adds a new page to your library. The original stays put. ## How to use it 1. **Open any coloring page** from your dashboard, folders, or gallery 2. **Click Edit** 3. **Select Touch up** in the sidebar under **Cleanup** 4. Pick **Draw** or **Erase** , set brush width with the slider (2 to 40 px), and work on the canvas 5. Use **Undo** , **Redo** , or **Reset** if you need to back up 6. **Click Save (free)** If you see **Save to folder** , you can send the new version straight into a folder instead of your main dashboard. ## Where it works Anywhere you can open the edit panel. Dashboard, folders, or on a page you already edited or upscaled. Touch up costs zero credits. Free accounts get it, same as **Adjustments** and **Text overlay**. ## Common patterns Most of the time I reach for touch up right before printing. One mark, one short line, thirty seconds. Smudge on white paper? **Erase** , narrow brush, paint white over it, save. Line that stopped short? **Draw** , match the brush width to the lines around it, fill the gap, save. Page needs broader cleanup first? Run **Remove background** or **Adjustments** , then come back for the small stuff. Not sure if you need AI? Try touch up on a dot or a short line before you spend credits on inpainting. ## What it doesn't do It won't regenerate artwork. Black and white paint only. Erase doesn't cut to transparency. It covers pixels with white. Great on white backgrounds. On photo pages with gray fills, you may see white blobs. Inpainting handles that better. It always saves a new page. Your original doesn't change. Switch to another edit tool without saving and your strokes disappear. Same behavior as inpainting. Save first if you want to keep the work. Big rewrites still belong in inpainting or prompt-based editing. Touch up is for small hand fixes. ## Tips The canvas shrinks large pages so they're easier to work on. The saved file still uses the image's full dimensions. What you fix is what prints. Undo and redo work across draw and erase. You can switch modes and still step back. Zoom your browser if you need a closer look. You keep your current plan and pay only when you need a top-up. ## What credit packs do When you buy a credit pack, ColorBliss adds the credits to your account as soon as checkout completes. You can use those credits the same way you use plan credits: text prompts, photo conversions, edits, and other paid features all draw from your balance. You do not need a paid subscription to purchase one. You can purchase from: * **Add credits page** in your dashboard * **Credit section** on the main dashboard (opens the pack selector) * **Usage popover** when you are running low on credits Pack purchases use the same Stripe checkout flow as other ColorBliss billing. ## Subscriptions vs credit packs **Choose a subscription** when you create coloring pages regularly and want the best value per credit over time. **Choose a credit pack** when you need a one-time boost: a big project, a busy week, or a month where plan credits are not quite enough. A pack gives you room to finish current work while you decide. ## What credit packs don't do **Credit packs don 't replace a subscription** for ongoing use. They are one- time purchases, not recurring billing. **Credit packs don 't roll over** the way plan credits do on Hobby and higher plans. Purchased credits follow their own 6 month expiration from the purchase date. **Credit packs don 't unlock plan-only features** by themselves.
